UNL Students Describe Cuba Trip

(01-28-03) A group of University of Nebraska-Lincoln Journalism students recently returned from an 11 day trip to Cuba as part of an in-depth reporting class. They'll spend the spring semester sifting through interviews they brought back about the Cuban people, their culture, the economy, the regime of Fidel Castro and every day life in the island nation. Martin Wells spoke with the students upon their return and found many of them looking at Cuba, and the United States with a new perspective.
