Drought Aid Agreement

(02-14-03) After months of pleas from farmers, ranchers and governors, the U.S. House and Senate have reached an agreement on a drought disaster measure. The wrangling over the details ended on Wednesday night with a settlement on three-point-one billion dollars in relief. Carolyn Johnsen has the story.
