Water Conservation and Local Economies

(04-23-03) As Nebraska farms and communities compete over limited water resources sometimes demand outstrips supply. As a result city governments and irrigatiors are looking for ways to to conserve water. But, sometimes those efforts have a negative effect on local economies. Jason Frederick has the story.
