Republican River Settlement

(05-15-03) Today, the U.S. Supreme Court will consider whether to approve a settlement in a lawsuit involving how the water of the Republican River is allocated. For our series "Nebraska Connects: Troubled Waters," Carolyn Johnsen reports on how the settlement may affect Nebraska farmers.
